Michalis Dalamvelas

Michalis joined Innovis Pharma in 2018 as Human Resources Director.

With extensive experience in all facets of HR Management in Greece and abroad, he designed and leads the re-established HR function of Innovis. His expertise spans the full HR spectrum, with a track record of establishing, optimizing, and scaling HR operations to support business transformation and growth.

Before that, Michalis managed the HR function of Power Health (OTC industry), following a long tenure in the HR Consulting practice of PwC.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of West of England, Bristol and a MSc. in HR Management from the University of Surrey. He is also a certified CIPD practitioner.
